Tommy is so funny. He often mentions that he "loves all creatures - big & small." So today's post is dedicated to our furry friends!
Megan recently got a new kitten. It took a lot of convincing to get Andy to agree, he was quite hesitant at first. However, I think he is pretty attached to his new bundle of joy. Tommy claims he is a "cat broker," as he found the cat and worked out the "deal" between the cat owner and M & A.
I am pleased to introduce Megan's new and VERY unique cat, Tavia Splitz B. Tommy took one look at Splitz (original name) and knew Megan would love the unique markings and coloring of the cat. According to Megan she has lots of spunk and energy. (I met Tavia and she was quite shy --- but she had just been taken from her only known home--so I am sure it was a traumatic day.) Andy has no idea what this little joy bringer will bring to their life. They are so lucky!! This was quite a pet week. I was the world's luckiest person! A coworker had a litter of puppies four weeks ago and I was lucky enough to talk him into having his wife bring these tiny angels up to work. You have NO IDEA how happy I was! 45 minutes of pure joy!!
Aren't they so sweet and tiny???? They are Yorkie/Chihauhau mixes, also referred to as Chorkies. They will be ready for purchase in about 2-3 weeks. So, if anyone is interested, I will be happy to be like Tommy and "broker" a puppy deal. I will forgo the finder's fee too ; ). The same day the puppies came up to the office, you can only imagine the delight I had when I got home and had a package waiting for me! My commissioned, miniature Pudge & Carter had finally arrived!!!!
They are so cute, I cannot even explain! Seriously, the pictures do not do them justice. I LOVE them. And, they are so perfectly proportioned, their spots are "spot-on" (okay, cheesey) and they just look like C&P! I love my first piece of commissioned art.
