I love a little project. Especially when it is outsourced :).
For our living room I wanted to do a circular ottoman as a coffee table. I scavenged to find the perfect ottoman and I did. Only it was about $800 for this (with my choice of fabric):

Well, sitting in my mom's attic was this table that had been her parents:
The diameter was perfect, only it had those little divets in it. My mom happens to know an upholsterer extraordinaire who turned that into this:
LOVE it!!! I can't believe that was a table! It looks so great. I can't wait to see the all the progress you have made on the new house!!

ReplyDeleteI've been in Dallas all week so I'm just now checking your blog. You and your mom are so resourceful . . . I love what you did with the coffee table!!! That is a perfect ottoman. Your room is looking wonderful. Also, I enjoyed checking out Megan's new blog!! As for Carter . . . you have a lot more patience than I do!!!
