So yesterday I made several items to bake and freeze and thought I would share the links.
Giada De Laurentiis' Baked Chicken and Pastina
This meal is AWESOME. Megan cooked it for dinner one night at her house and I have been in love ever since. YUM!
Another favorite is Mexican Chicken Casserole. Super easy and super yum. Clearly, if I can do these it won't be a problem for any of you!
If you have any other links to meals that freeze well, let me know. I am going to try to do this more often!

These look so yummy! I'm hoping I have all the ingredients because I don't think going to the store will be an option today! lol!

I make both of these and they are delicious! I try to always have one frozen because it is the perfect "i don't feel like cooking" meal.
I am so impressed by your cooking prowess and good use of "snow" time! :) I'm going to have to try out that mexican casserole!
Katie, I am so proud of you!!! Both of those recipes sound delicious, and I must try them soon.
